1. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Weight of the carpet

  • Dimensions of the package

  • Destination country

We use trusted international carriers, including DHL.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within:

  • 2–4 business days for ready-made carpets

  • Custom carpets will be shipped after weaving and finishing are complete (timelines vary)

You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking number when your item is shipped.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe & Middle East: 7–12 days

  • USA & Canada: 10–15 days

  • Asia & Australia: 10–18 days

Please note delivery times may vary based on customs clearance.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, your shipment may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes.
These charges are:

  • Not included in the item price

  • Not covered by the workshop

  • Paid by the customer upon delivery

Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your carpet arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

All shipments are insured for their full value.

If a package is lost during transit, we will open a claim with the carrier and assist you in obtaining compensation.


6. Incorrect Delivery Information

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost packages

  • Additional fees
    caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
