2. Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within:

2–4 business days for ready-made carpets

Custom carpets will be shipped after weaving and finishing are complete (timelines vary)
You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking number when your item is shipped.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Europe & Middle East: 7–12 days

USA & Canada: 10–15 days

Asia & Australia: 10–18 days
Please note delivery times may vary based on customs clearance.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your location, your shipment may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes.
These charges are:

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your carpet arrives damaged:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
All shipments are insured for their full value.
If a package is lost during transit, we will open a claim with the carrier and assist you in obtaining compensation.
