Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept returns and refunds within 14 days after the delivery date.
A return may be approved if:

The carpet arrives damaged

The item is not as described

The wrong item was delivered
To qualify for a return:

The carpet must be in the same condition as received

It must not be used, stained, worn, or altered

All original packaging and certificates must be included
If the carpet does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-made carpets
-
Carpets that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Clearance or final-sale items
3. Return Process

We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
7. Custom Carpets
Custom carpets are non-refundable once the weaving process has begun.
A deposit is required for custom orders and is also non-refundable once production starts.
