In most cases, our DHL shipments include customs clearance, and any applicable duties and taxes are covered in the price.

Please note that some countries apply additional import duties, taxes, or documentation requirements based on the value, quantity, or frequency of imports. In these cases, the importer may be responsible for any additional charges imposed by local customs authorities.

Everything is handmade, knot by knot, so each piece takes time.

All dyes are natural, created from materials such as pomegranate peel, madder root, walnut husk, indigo, and local herbs. No chemical dyes are used in our workshop.

Yes. Every carpet is woven by hand in our workshop using traditional techniques passed down through generations. If you are interested in machine made carpets, then please contact us and we can let you know where to purchase these.

Yes! Visitors are always welcome. You can see the weaving process, natural dye preparation, and our showroom.
 Walk-ins are accepted, but if you want a guided tour, we recommend contacting us in advance.
