Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers, usually with DHL. Every carpet is securely packaged and insured for its full value during transport.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination:
● Europe & Middle East: 7–12 days
● USA & Canada: 10–15 days
Asia & Australia: 10–18 days
We provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on the size/weight of the carpet and the country of delivery. During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If your carpet arrives damaged or not as described, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
Can I order a custom carpet?
Absolutely. Custom carpets are one of our specialties. You can choose:
● Size
● Colors (all natural dyes)
● Material (silk, wool, or a blend)
● Pattern or even a personal design
We’ll guide you through every step, including sketches, dye samples, and progress updates. Feel free to reach out to us and we will help you with your custom order.
How long does a custom carpet take to make?
It depends on the size and complexity:
● Small carpets: 1–3 months
● Medium carpets: 3–6 months
● Large or detailed carpets: 6–12+ months
Everything is handmade, knot by knot, so each piece takes time.
What dyes do you use?
All dyes are natural, created from materials such as pomegranate peel, madder root, walnut husk, indigo, and local herbs. No chemical dyes are used in our workshop.
Are all carpets handmade?
Yes. Every carpet is woven by hand in our workshop using traditional techniques passed down through generations. If you are interested in machine made carpets, then please contact us and we can let you know where to purchase these.
Can I visit the workshop in person?
Yes! Visitors are always welcome. You can see the weaving process, natural dye preparation, and our showroom.
Walk-ins are accepted, but if you want a guided tour, we recommend contacting us in advance.
How can I pay?
